The battery charger
light won't turn green
If you would like to talk with someone

Some Pukka chargers won't turn green.
Even after an extended period of time
of being plugged in, the light doesn't
quite change green from an orangey-green
color. In most cases, the Pukka batteries
are charged, but the charger does not
accurately detect the battery level.
To test whether the batteries are
fully charged, unplug the charger
from the electrical outlet, wait for
5-10 seconds, and plug the charger
into the outlet again. If the charger
light turns green, the batteries are
fully charged.
If you have a charger that doesn't
completely turn green, remove the
charger after 8-10 hours of charging.
Leaving the charger on continuously
for an extended period of time may
cause damage to the batteries.
