Repairing a flat tire
If you would like to talk with someone
about your Pukka Electric Minibike,
please contact our service center toll-free
at 1-877-855-2832.
Pukka tires are tubeless 10" 300-4 tires.
They are 10 inches in diameter, three
inches wide and fit a four inch diameter
wheel. Punctures in the tire can be
repaired by using a flat tire repair
solution that is injected into the tire
or by using a tire repair kit used to
repair automobile tires, such as the
kit shown below. You may not need to
remove the tire from the Pukka to repair
the flat tire.
1. Locate the puncture and remove
the object that caused the puncture.
This can be done by submerging the
tire in water, or by wiping a wet
cloth over the tire and looking for
air bubbles. You may need to partially
inflate the tire to locate the puncture.
2. Lubricate the auger by inserting
the tip of the auger in the lubricant.
3. Clean the puncture by inserting
the auger in and out of the hole.
Be careful to insert the auger in
the hole to avoid creating a new puncture.
4. Remove a plug and insert it into
the eye of the tool until the plug
is centered in the tool.

5. Insert the tool into the hole
until about 1/2 inch of the two plug
ends remain outside the tire. Quickly
remove the tool to release the plug.
6. The part of the plug that is outside
the tire will wear with time, or it
may be trimmed. Leave enough of the
plug avoid it being pushed into the
tire and opening the puncture. Fill
the tire to the indicated air pressure.
